Introducing Neopresenter — the streaming OS for the modern church
Why we're rebuilding the church-tech stack from first principles, and how you can be part of the early cohort.
The Neopresenter team · May 12, 2026
For most churches, Sunday morning runs on duct tape.
You have one platform for live streaming (OBS plus Restream). Another for slides (ProPresenter). Another for hosting recordings (YouTube or your own website). Another for podcasts (Buzzsprout or Anchor). Each one is good at what it does — but together they form a stack that nobody can troubleshoot when something breaks at 9:58 AM on a Sunday.
We've spent the last fourteen months talking to media directors, lead pastors, and church-plant founders across four continents. The story is always the same: the modern church-tech stack was assembled, not designed.
Neopresenter is what church technology looks like when you design it from scratch.
One platform, three jobs
Every Sunday, your media team is doing three distinct jobs:
- Broadcast the service to wherever your congregation is — YouTube, Facebook, your church app, a vehicle in the parking lot.
- Present the service to the people in the room — scripture on the projector, lyrics on the lyric screens, lower-thirds on the camera feed.
- Archive the service so people can rediscover it later — searchable transcripts, podcast feeds, shareable clips.
These three jobs share an enormous amount of state: the same audio, the same video, the same scriptural content. Splitting them across four tools means manually keeping that state in sync, which is exactly where everything goes wrong.
Neopresenter is one platform that does all three.
What's actually new
Three things make Neopresenter different from anything you've used before:
AI scripture detection that actually works. Most "AI in church tech" so far has been chatbots and sermon-writing assistants. Neopresenter's AI does one thing: it listens to the preacher and projects the right verse in under 600 milliseconds. We trained it specifically on paraphrased scripture references — the way preachers actually quote the Bible, not the way it's printed.
Production-grade infrastructure. We run on 14 edge regions with sub-second routing between them. Our SRT-based ingest handles fiber, hotspot, and LTE without dropping the stream. We have a 99.99% uptime SLA on our top plan, and we publish our incident reports.
A sermon library designed for discoverability. Every sermon page is server-rendered, fully transcribed, schema-marked-up, and SEO-ready. Churches in our beta have seen organic traffic to their sermon archive double in 90 days.
Pricing the way it should be
Neopresenter is free, forever, for churches under 100 in attendance. We don't charge per-stream, per-viewer, or per-GB. There's no setup fee. Our pricing is transparent and lives at neopresenter.app/pricing.
